Our clinic is licensed for all ages, however we are at capacity for child/adolescent patients at this time. For patients over 65 with multiple medical comorbidities, a geriatric psychiatrist may provide specialized support.

Appointment cost varies by the rate negotiated with your insurance carrier. Cash pay patients are charged $300 for the initial intake appointment (2 hours) and $150 for follow-up appointments (30 minutes).

Insurance coverage varies widely among plans. Each patient is responsible for understanding the details of their individual insurance coverage. In some cases, insurance companies may still provide reimbursement, or reimburse at in-network rates for appointments even when our clinic is considered out-of-network. For specific information about your benefits, please contact your insurance plan directly.

Wisdom-Clinic is currently in-network with United Health Care, SKAI Blue, Group Benefit Services, JRMC Employer Group, ABCBS Preferred Payment Plan, Blue Medicare PPO USAble, Blue Medicare HMO USAble, CHI St Vincent/CSH, Health Advantage HMO, WRMC Statewide, Blue Classic MA HMO, Blue Medicare PFFS, and True Blue PPO. We are currently working on Aetna and Cigna plan approvals, which can take 3–6 months. We will update our website as soon as these plans are approved.

Visits typically occur twice during the initial dosing phase, followed by quarterly appointments. Once the patient is stabilized, follow-up visits for non-controlled substances are scheduled on a biannual basis.
